Staged Hallways Sell Homes!

Don't forget about the first impressions.

Hi guys, I'm here to talk to you about hallways. I think, as a nation we've become a bit obsessed with making our whole houses look beautiful; painting, staging, whatever else.
Hallways, we often forget about though, so I just wanted to say that we need to focus on those ones because, that is often the first impression that people have when they walk into your home, looking to buy it.

So, lots and lots of things to think about here, but the biggest one is clutter! If you're piling your shoes up in your entrance hall or your coats are hung 10 deep on a hanger, it's not a good first impression. So, try and hide those bits away for a viewing.
Second thing, neutral colours, I, myself absolutely adore loud and bold colours in a home but, for your entrance hall try to keep it neutral.
Keep your floors clean! It sounds really simple but sometimes your viewers will automatically go down to take their shoes off, they're facing your floor so make sure it's dust, mud free, you know pack the wellies away.
So, a big one as well, no photos! We often say about family photos not giving a great impression, because it personalises your home a little bit too much, but in the hallway don't plaster family photos all over the hallway, we want them to walk in and think ‘ah I could live here’.

So just a few little tips for you guys, but I hope that helps and, go stage your hallways!!
